The engineering challenge

Production questions on a naval vessel require clear engineering responses that account for installation details, fabrication drawings, and Navy and regulatory requirements.

My contribution

• Processed change management solutions for the Systems Engineering Group to support Navy and regulatory compliance.
• Prepared Technical Information Requests (TIRs) supporting production and developed product scope for more complex solutions.
• Used the vessel 3D model, installation drawings, and fabrication drawings to communicate solutions, and reported TIR progress and status.

Deliverables & documented results

Technical requests, defined scopes, and regular status reporting documented proposed solutions and supported production through established corporate and client processes.
